| All cabins are approximately 60 feet
from the lake with a level sand beach. They are furnished with a
hide-a-bed, microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishes, glassware, pots
and pans, silverware, utensils, toaster, coffeemaker, bedding,
charcoal grill, soft water, air conditioning and
gas or electric heat. Picnic tables and campfire burners also available.
Just bring your own bath towels and toiletires! |

 All
cabin rates, from May 9th thru June 12th (except for Memorial
weekend) and Sept 8th to the end of the season for two people
occupancy, are: $99 a night, $179 a weekend, $239 for three nights and
$399 a week. Each additional person is $15 per night.Each additional person is $20 per
night and $110 per week during summer season.

| Reservations: By phone will be
held for 5 days or can be secured by a credit card. Weekly cabin
rentals require a $300 deposit on a 2 bedroom cabin, $400 on a 3
bedroom, and $600 on the Finch House. A 50% deposit is required on a shorter stay. The balance is
due at check-in. |

| Cancellations: A deposit will be
refunded less a $50 administrative charge if cancellation is received
60 days prior to the start of your reservation. Other refunds are
handled on an individual basis. |

Absolutely No Pets |

- We request only one automobile be parked in the
designated site by your cabin. Any additional cars
should be parked in the grass lot. Boat Trailers must be parked in
the trailer parking area. Boat trailers are not allowed around the
cabins or camping area.
- All guests must register and there is a $5 per person day guest
charge. Day guests must leave prior to 9 pm.
- Customer boats must be removed from the dock
during windy or threatening weather.
- Pets are not allowed in the
cabins nor on the resort grounds - No Exceptions!
- Bed linens, bath mat and kitchen towels are
furnished in each cabin. Please bring your own bath towels.
- There is no charge for use of power paddlers,
paddleboats, dock fishing or life jackets.
- Cribs and high chairs are furnished
free without linens and must be reserved in advance.
- Quiet hours
are after 11pm to 9am. Please be considerate of you neighbors.
- Fires must be in the barrels provided. We sell
firewood at the lodge.
- We encourage recycling. We have a designated area
with receptacles for you recyclables.
- Rates do not include Minnesota sales tax.
