| All cabins are approximately 60 feet
from the lake with a level sand beach. They are furnished with a
hide-a-bed, microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishes, glassware, pots
and pans, silverware, utensils, toaster, coffeemaker, bedding,
charcoal grill, soft water, televisions, bath towels, air
conditioning, tvs with DirecTv and gas or electric heat. Picnic tables and campfire
burners also available. |

Each additional person is $25 per night and $150 per week during
June 29-Aug. 19.

Memorial Weekend, June 13-28 and August 20-Sept. 3.
Cabins 1-5, Finch House and Canary Cottage rates, from May 1st to 24th, May
29th to June 12th and September
3rd to October 15th for two people occupancy, are: $119 a night, $199 a weekend, $259 for three nights and
$499 a week. Each additional person is $19 per night or $95 a week. Children 2 and
under always stay free!

| Reservations: By phone will be
held for 5 days or can be secured by a credit card. All cabin
rentals require a 50% deposit. The balance is
due at check-in. |

| Cancellations: A deposit will be
refunded less a $50 administrative charge if cancellation is received
60 days prior to the start of your reservation. Other refunds are
handled on an individual basis. |

Absolutely No Pets |

- We request only one automobile be parked in the
designated site by your cabin. Any additional cars
should be parked in the grass lot. Boat Trailers must be parked in
the trailer parking area. Boat trailers are not allowed around the
cabins or camping area.
- All guests must register and there is a $10 per person day guest
charge. Day guests must leave prior to 9 pm.
- Customer boats must be removed from the dock
during windy or threatening weather.
- Pets are not allowed in the
cabins nor on the resort grounds - No Exceptions!
- Bed linens, bath mat, bath towels and kitchen towels are
furnished in each cabin.
- There is no charge for use of power paddlers, dock fishing or life jackets.
- Porta Cribs and high chairs are furnished
free without linens and must be reserved in advance.
- Quiet hours
are after 11pm to 9am. Please be considerate of you neighbors.
- Firewood Alert! We regret
firewood cannot be brought onto our property in an
effort to
keep our trees safe from invasive species. Firewood is available
for purchase at the lodge.
- Fires must be in the barrels provided.
- We encourage recycling. We have a designated area
with receptacles for you recyclables.
- Rates do not include Minnesota sales tax.
- Speed limit is 6.5 mph on the resort.
